Terms & Conditions

1.     When purchasing a class pass or participating in a TILT class you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined below. This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the T&C section of the online registration process.

2.     At the moment, I am an online studio therefore bookings for classes can be made up to 5 mins prior to class however advanced booking is recommended. This can be done via the link in my Instagram bio and (future) website.

3.     Prior to your first class you will be required to register with TILT and provide some basic personal information and details regarding your general health and wellbeing.

4.     Advance payment for the class is required in order to participate in any class.

5.     Please log into classes five minutes beforehand as it gets tricky trying to teach and also disrupts the flow of the class.

6.     It is the responsibility of the client to let me know prior to the class commencing whether they are pregnant or have any relevant injuries, medical issues or complications which might impact on their ability to participate in the class.

7.     All drop in passes and class packs can be bought as gifts however please ensure that the once bought the person who it’s being gifted to contacts me so I can assign their pack to them.

8.     Weekly and monthly memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. They are for the sole use of the purchaser.

9.     Class packs are valid for differing lengths of time depending on the pack; five weeks for a 5 class pack or ten weeks for a 10 class pack. Drop in classes are valid for three months from purchase date.

10. Cancellation must be made via the online booking system up to 4 hours before a class. Clients that cancel a booking 4 hours or more before a session starts will automatically receive a refunded session to the package or membership used. Cancellations after this time will not receive a refund.

11.  Please late cancel if you are unable to attend a class to make your place available to others.

12.  Every possible effort is made to deliver classes on time as scheduled in the class timetable. However, TILT reserves its right to alter the timetable as a result of circumstances beyond its control. The class schedule is subject to change or cancellation without notice.

13.  TILT is not liable to refund or to offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason. Classes which are cancelled by TILT may be transferred by clients to alternative classes.

14.  Fees may increase from time to time to reflect increases in costs.

15. TILT reserves the right to send occasional correspondence to registered clients regarding changes in timetable, newsletters, surveys etc.

Class Packs (5, 10 and 20 Class Packages)

 In acquiring a class pack you agree to the specific terms and conditions as outlined here, in addition to the general terms above.

1.     Bundles must be purchased by an upfront payment. The bundle cannot be activated prior to full payment.  

2.     Class packs expire depending on the package. Five weeks for a 5 class pack, ten weeks for a 10 class pack and 20 weeks for a 20 class pack. Drop in classes are valid for three months from purchase date. The activation date is the date of the first class booked or attended on the bundle.

3.     By purchasing your class package you agree to use all classes sold by the expiration date chosen at time of purchase.

4.     Cancellation of individual classes must be made via the online booking system up to 4 hours before a class. If you do not attend a booked session or cancel within the cancellation window you will be charged for the class and deemed to have attended.

  

Unlimited Weekly and Monthly Membership

1.     On signing up to membership of TILT you are entering into a contract to join for a fixed period. Membership is paid for by an initial payment and equal monthly direct debits for the term of the membership.

3.     This membership agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the web registration process. In entering this agreement you agree to the specific terms and conditions as outlined here, in addition to the general terms above. 

4.     The membership period commences on the date of the initial payment (the joining day).

5.     Monthly membership entitles you to unlimited classes each month however excludes private/one to one classes.

6.     Cancellation of individual classes must be made via the online booking system up to 4 hours before a class.

7.     Membership fees will be charged via direct debit to your credit card or bank account once per month via a third party service provider.
