About me

My name is Anna Pfeifer and I am a Vinyasa & Restorative Yoga Teacher and Mobility Coach who focuses on improving the movement patterns of the body through dynamic yoga flow. My background is diverse, with a BSc Zoology and a Postgrad in Business Studies, I worked in the Media Industry for 14 before I made the leap into the fitness industry. I set up Tilt Yoga in 2020 after finishing my 200 hour Teacher Training and haven’t looked back! 

Teaching a variety of yoga and mobility classes through my collaboration with FFS Gyms, I combine my passion for the gym, strength training and yoga for people who understand that mobility and flexibility will benefit their bodies however aren’t comfortable in a traditional yoga environment.

Mental and physical wellbeing is so important at the moment therefore I want to use my knowledge and love of yoga, fitness and healthy living to bring people together to help them feel great in a fun environment.
